iLOQ report highlights sustainability commitments, culture and growth

A global provider of smart access control solutions has confirmed the release of its 2022 annual report.

Published in both Finnish and English, iLOQ’s report reflects on the company’s commitment to sustainability as well as its major growth – including its expansion to the US region.

Resilience in the face of uncertainty

Introducing the report, Heikki Hiltunen, CEO, iLOQ discusses the company’s resilience. Hiltunen says: “It is in times of great uncertainty that a company’s true strength and resilience shine through.

“This has certainly been the case for iLOQ over the past few years.

“Year after year, the company has been able to continue growing its business and expanding its international reach despite the global challenges that have had many businesses, industries and economies shaking.”

A people-first approach

As well as highlighting its growth and unique approach to sustainability, another key part of the report is titled: ‘Looking after your most valuable assets’.

To open this section of the report, Minna Tuomikoski, Chief Human Resources Officer, iLOQ explains how the company puts people first, with the human experience having been “intertwined with the company’s strategy and values from the very beginning.”

“Even through the rapid growth of the business and continuous expansion into new territories, the company has been able to maintain both its high employee satisfaction and, perhaps more importantly, its unique people-focused corporate culture,” adds Tuomikoski.
