Twenty years ago, Adil Abdel Hadi – Chief Executive Officer – founded International Electronic Security (IES) with a simple goal: to build a company that clients could trust.
He wanted to create a consultancy that combined strong technical knowledge with honest advice and practical solutions, while always putting the client’s needs first.
When the company opened its doors in 2006, it could never have imagined the journey ahead.
Today, IES has grown into one of the region’s leading security and technology consultancies.
Celebrating 20 years
“While I am proud of the thousands of projects we have delivered over the years, I am even prouder of the long-term relationships we have built and the confidence our clients continue to place in us,” said Hadi.
“The security industry has changed beyond recognition over the last two decades.”
IES moved from analogue CCTV systems to intelligent IP platforms, seen AI become part of everyday security operations and watched cybersecurity become just as important as physical security.
“Whilst technology continues to evolve, so does the company,” Hadi continued.
“We’ve always believed that staying ahead means investing in our people as much as our technology, ensuring our clients receive the best advice and the right solutions for every project.”
Different projects – consistent approach
Over the past 20 years, IES has contributed to more than 10,000 projects across the GCC.
It has worked on airports, critical infrastructure, hotels, hospitals, residential developments, commercial buildings and many of the region’s landmark projects.
Every project has been different, but the company’s approach has remained the same: to understand client objectives, provide practical guidance and deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
