icetana AI has unveiled its new solution, the Triage Agent, an advanced AI-powered solution designed to transform how security teams manage real-time surveillance footage.

The Triage Agent leverages AI to filter, prioritise and deliver the most critical security alerts in real time, enabling operators to eliminate distractions and focus on these alerts only.

The Triage Agent filters out irrelevant footage and provides clear, automated descriptions of each flagged event, enabling operators to understand where their attention is needed.

At the core of the Triage Agent is its GPT-powered large language models (LLMs),
delivering intelligent, context-aware decision-making for unparalleled accuracy.

The company highlights that when icetana AI detects an anomaly, the visual image is processed by the LLM based on criteria defined by the security team.

The model then further analyses the image, ensuring that only pertinent events are escalated. This semantic filtering adds a new dimension to traditional AI workflows, offering a precise method of triage and escalation.
