Heras appoints new Key Account Managers

Heras’ UK division has appointed two new Key Account Managers (KAM) to drive sales growth plans.

Jacqui Walker and Phil Lafone will work alongside Luke Sanders to help target sectors such as facilities management, utilities, integration and distribution hubs.

According to an announcement published by the perimeter protection company, the two new employees have already ‘hit the ground running’.

Walker joins the Doncaster-based company from a construction machinery background.

She has more than 20 years of industry experience, 15 of which have been in sales management.

“Everyone in the construction industry knows the Heras name because it is so closely associated with temporary perimeter solutions,” Walker commented.

“However, the permanent perimeter protection suite of products are also the best in class and I’m looking forward to championing Heras’ range of permanent products.”

Phil Lafone

Lafone brings more than 20 years’ experience of field sales in the construction industry to the role.

He previously worked with Sanders and is highly recommended because of his track record in sales.

“Because Heras has such a well-rounded portfolio of permanent perimeter protection solutions, our KAM team are confident that we can provide exactly the right specification of fencing and gate systems to secure any site in the UK,” explained Lafone.

Heras KAMs work closely with its team of Estimators and Project Managers to provide an agile and responsive service for tier one contractors and site owners.
