Healix International has announced a series of senior level appointments to support its ongoing development and growth.

According to the company, with new roles appointed across operations, risk management and sales delivery, the business can meet increasing demand without compromising on quality.

Growth

Healix states that its year of strong performance is marked by:

  • A 50% increase in operating profit
  • A 17% uplift in year-on-year sales growth
  • A headcount expansion of around 20%

This growth reflects Healix’s sustained delivery across key markets and its ongoing investment in strategic development, the company adds.

As part of the international growth strategy, the company also plans to open a new office in Melbourne, Australia, later this summer.

Senior appointments

Healix states that the Co-Founder of Healix International, Paul Bevan, will return to the business in a new role as Chairman. This appointment is set to reinforce the leadership team and support this next phase of growth.

According to the company, other key senior appointments include:

Enrique Gomez – Customer Operations Director.

  • Gomez brings 24 years in global insurance to the business and specialist expertise in claims operations, strategy and customer engagement

James Clancey – Chief Risk Officer

  • Clancey brings expertise in operations, risk and financial crime, having worked at organisations such as Ebury, Commerzbank and the City of London Police

Emily Gregory – Director of Sales – Americas

  • Gregory brings extensive experience in education services and specialist expertise in growth strategy, team leadership and client development

Kent J. Mason Hendricks – Director of Sales for the EMEA region

  • Mason Hendricks previously held senior roles in insurance and financial services for Fortune 500 firms
  • He brings expertise in commercial planning and experience in driving business growth across global markets

Rhiannon Roberts – Head of Customer Success

  • With a background in global mobility, Roberts brings expertise in leading client teams and transforming customer experience
