Gallagher Security’s Natalie Bannon recognised by SIA WISF Power 100

Gallagher Security has celebrated International Women’s Day by announcing Natalie Bannon, Director of Strategic Alliances, as an honouree in the 2024 SIA Women in Security Forum Power 100 (SIA WISF Power 100).
The recognition has highlighted Bannon’s significant contributions to promoting diversity, inclusion, innovation and leadership within the security industry.
“Empowering my team to be bold”
With achievements such as spearheading Gallagher’s Consultant Program and earning consistent customer acclaim, Bannon’s inclusion in the SIA WISF Power 100 underscored her commitment to fostering an environment of innovation, risk taking and diverse perspectives.
Bannon expressed: “I can’t stand it when leaders sleep on their teams and tell them no.
“I believe in empowering my team to be bold and fostering an environment where innovative ideas flourish.
“I wholeheartedly believe in not limiting people or questioning their capability until they’ve been given the opportunity to try.
“Entrusting my team to be daring with their ideas is crucial in my leadership style.”
According to the company, while Bannon might attribute her leadership to her team, colleagues at Gallagher Security has acknowledged her strategic, creative thinking and innovative approach as inspiring factors that motivate them to follow her lead.

When questioned about Bannon’s impact through her work, Scott Elliott, Executive Vice President – Americas, has highlighted the satisfaction of her numerous customers.

Bannon and her fellow honourees are set be acknowledged at a special SIA Women in Security Forum event during the ISC West exposition in Las Vegas from 9-12 April, where she will also be available for conversations at the company‘s booth (#27099).
