Gallagher Security has hired Tom Harding as Head of Digital and Hugo Parcell as Head of Brand and Creative respectively. 

Harding and Parcell are based in Hamilton, New Zealand at Gallagher Security’s global headquarters.

Tom Harding: Head of Digital

Harding has joined the Gallagher team as Head of Digital with an ambitious mission to develop digital experiences for the company’s customers, partners and prospects.

Before joining Gallagher, Harding served as Co-Founder and CEO of Mish Guru.

Having worked alongside clients such as McDonald’s and Coca-Cola, Harding brings a deep understanding of customer centricity to the role.

“Gallagher has really ambitious goals for growth and I think it’s clear to everyone that the foundations to enable this are already in place,” Harding commented.

“It’s just a matter of putting those puzzle pieces together and communicating that vision with our customers so we can deliver more value and drive expansion in the process.

“It’s a huge opportunity and it’s what I’m most excited about in starting this new role.”   

Hugo Parcell: Head of Brand and Creative

Parcell began his career at JWT advertising agency in the UK, managing marketing campaigns for Mazda, Berocca and InterContinental Hotels Group.

After moving to New Zealand, he continued his advertising career working on accounts including Spark, Optus, Red Bull, Partners Life and more.

Recently, Parcell served as Marketing Director at Power Farming, demonstrating a range of brand experience across industries.

“We might be in the security business, but our solutions empower a variety of verticals and I’m excited to bring that kind of customer perspective to our team,” Parcell commented.
