Gallagher Security reflects on ISC West 2025 

Gallagher Security has revealed that ISC 2025 was a standout event for the company with over 29,000 attendees on the showroom floor.

Gallagher states that its booth was busier than ever before as attendees visited the stand to experience the the company’s latest innovations, reconnect with familiar faces and engage in thoughtful conversations about what’s next for security.  

“Ready to challenge the status quo”

Melissa Vidakovic, Director of Marketing (The Americas), Gallagher Security reflected: “Every year the energy in our booth grows, the relationships deepen and the conversations get sharper.

“The quality of those conversations really stood out to me this year – there’s a shared sense that the industry is ready to challenge the status quo and embrace what’s possible.” 

QuickSwitch

The company highlighted that it saw a clear change in the amount of attendees visiting the booth due to its new product, QuickSwitch, which made its debut at this year’s event.

The new product is designed to give businesses a simplified migration pathway from legacy systems to Gallagher’s security solution.

“An unbelievable amount of value”

Vidakovic explained how the presence of QuickSwitch positively benefitted the stand: “We knew QuickSwitch was going to disrupt the show, but I was encouraged by how much the solution resonated with those who stopped to chat with our team.

“It’s a simple concept, but it unlocks an unbelievable amount of value, which is what we heard repeated back to us over and over throughout the week,” she added.  

“A new player on the scene”

Mark Junge, Chief Executive, Gallagher Security highlights how the recognition of value delivered by QuickSwitch reflects a change in how Gallagher Security is seen in the Americas region. 

He stated: “Many in this market have seen Gallagher as a new player on the scene, but we’ve been at the forefront of security innovation for nearly 40 years.

“QuickSwitch provides immediate access to our innovative solutions, but more importantly, it gives people access to a team of experts who deliver full-scale support on top of solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.

“That’s the real value of the solution and I’m thrilled it was recognised by ISC West attendees and that there’s excitement about the possibilities QuickSwitch unlocks,” Junge explained.  

Controller 7000

The first full display of the complete Controller 7000 family also generated buzz, the company explained.

The booth visitors were able to see Gallagher’s cyber-resilient platform on display.

The company states that the real-world customer stories helped bring it all to life with hands-on demos showing how Gallagher’s solutions helped solve challenges across sectors including:
