Strategic appointments
Tom Siler has been named as Enterprise Business Manager, Victoria and Tasmania, Danny Mui as Technical Account Manager, Victoria and Tasmania and Michelle Rennie, Business Development Manager for Queensland.
“2024 has been a significant and exciting year for Gallagher Australia and these recent appointments reflect the region’s continued success and strength,” commented Craig Schutte, Executive Vice President for Asia Pacific and India, Middle East and Africa (APAC and IMEA), Gallagher Security.
“We are thrilled to welcome Tom, Danny and Michelle to the Gallagher team and we look forward to unlocking future success with them on board and as we plan for the year ahead.”
“Wealth of knowledge”
Siler brings more than 25 years’ experience in the security industry to his new role.
“Tom’s wealth of knowledge across sectors like critical infrastructure, healthcare and commercial buildings, along with his experience in consulting and risk management will be invaluable as we deliver on our plan to bring even more value to our network throughout the Victorian and Tasmanian regions,” commented Scott Johnstone, National Sales Manager for Australia.
Mui – who holds degrees from Utah State University, the Open University of Hong Kong, and the University of Waikato in Computer Science, Electrics and Electronic Engineering and Management Information Systems and Service – also brings extensive experience to the role.
In addition, Rennie has over 20 years’ experience in sales and management – her appointment brings the Queensland team to a total of five and adds another BDM to the region.
“Michelle’s appointment will significantly increase our presence both in market and among our partner network and ensure that partners and clients have unparalleled access directly to the manufacturer – something Gallagher prides itself on,” added Johnstone.
