Gallagher Security Africa makes key regional appointments

Gallagher Security has named Cecil Du Plessis as Business Development Manager (BDM) for Africa and Emma Gore as Marketing and Events Coordinator, Africa.
The appointments reflect the company’s continued growth in the region.
Cecil Du Plessis
Joining the team of BDMs, based in Johannesburg, Du Plessis brings more than 15 years’ experience in business development, technical and project management roles.
“I am excited to embark on this new adventure as part of the Gallagher family,” Du Plessis commented.
“Being part of such a dynamic and innovative team is an incredible opportunity and I am particularly excited about traveling across Africa once again.
“I look forward to contributing to our mission and growing together with Gallagher.”
Emma Gore
Gore joins the Gallagher Security team and will lead the region’s marketing and events.
With a BA in Corporate Communications and experience in project coordination and sales and marketing roles, Gore brings a wealth of experience to the team.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the Gallagher team, and to be working closely with our Channel Partners and End Users to deliver engaging events and networking opportunities throughout Africa,” said Gore.
“It is an exciting time for Gallagher as we extend our reach across the region, and I am thrilled to be a part of the journey.”
Later this year, Gallagher Security will open its second Africa office in Cape Town.
