Communication and transparency
As an experienced leader, Marshall says open communication and transparency are pivotal to a team’s success: “You must be able to trust your team and therefore empowerment is fundamental to a well-functioning team.
“I like to lead by example, by rolling up my sleeves and getting involved with the team which forges cohesiveness.”
He added: “I believe that inspirational leaders can motivate a team to become results orientated, and by recognition of their results, they will feel valued and inspired.”
