Teledyne FLIR unveils Neutrino SX8-ISR 35-700 imaging module

Teledyne FLIR (part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated) has confirmed the release of its new mid-wave infrared Neutrino Ground ISR imaging module – the Neutrino SX8-ISR 35-700.

The ITAR-free Neutrino SX8-ISR 35-700 model with 1280×1024 is ideal for integrators developing intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems.
According to Teledyne FLIR, the The Neutrino Ground ISR series utilises a long life Linear Stirling cooler that provides a superior mean time to failure of greater than 27,000 hours and integrated CZ optics.
Neutrino Ground ISR products are manufactured in the US, classified under US Department of Commerce jurisdiction as EAR 6A003.b.4.a and are not subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
This provides greater flexibility for integration and development with global customers.

“The Neutrino SX8-ISR 35-700 offers high performance imaging, industry leading operational lifetime, and simplified integration with market leading control electronics from InVeo Designs LLC,” said Dan Walker, Vice President of Product Management, Teledyne FLIR.
“It comes standard with multiple connectivity options including Gigabit Ethernet (GigE), Camera Link and RS232/422 enabling faster data transfer and seamless integration into networked ISR, perimeter security, border surveillance and counter-UAS (CUAS) systems.”
