FGH Security named as one of the UK’s fastest growing employers

FGH Security has announced that it was included in the ‘2024 E2E 100 Job Creation Track’ in association with The Independent newspaper.

E2E awards is a UK-based, privately-owned company with an annual turnover exceeding £10 million and a workforce of at least 100 employees.

The companies that has seen a 25% or more increase in the amount of staff hired in the past two years are eligible to be featured in the awards.

It demonstrates how specific businesses are contributing to employment growth and encourages other businesses to follow in their footsteps.

FGH Security

FGH Security was established in 2003 and was originally based in the Northwest with it’s Head Office being in Lancaster. 

FGH now supply security services nationally and internationally.

The business operates from regional offices in Manchester, London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Dublin and most recently in Dubai (2024). 

The business provides security services including guarding, events, door supervision, stewarding and street patrols.

FGH also supply training and consultancy services. There is a huge emphasis on developing team members, contributing to the community and ensuring the welfare and well-being of their teams.

Growth in training and consultancy has been fuelled by funding university level qualifications for their team.

Eight have graduated in the financial year 2023/4, with ten more ready to graduate soon.

Business expansion

FGH Security has expanded in size in three years with 2021 to 2022 turnover being £11.5 million and the expected turnover for 2024 to 25 expected to be £30 million.

FGH has been progressing their international growth, having delivered services right across Europe and the Middle East.

FGH Security were also named one of the Sunday Times ‘Best Large Places to Work 2024’ which follows on from its 2023 recognition on the ‘Glassdoor Top 50 Employers UK 2024’.
