Everything Voice announces the launch of RobustIQ

Everything-Voice-announces-the-launch-of-RobustIQ

Everything Voice has launched RobustIQ, a new intelligent operational connectivity platform designed to simplify the way security installers deploy, manage and support connected devices across remote and security-critical environments.

As security businesses continue to deploy larger estates of CCTV towers, alarm systems, vacant property protection and temporary site security, the operational challenge is no longer simply getting devices online.

It’s managing them efficiently throughout their lifecycle.

The company said that traditional connectivity solutions often rely on a combination of standalone routers, physical SIM cards, fragmented management tools and reactive support.

As estates grow, configuration changes, connectivity issues, remote fault finding and hardware failures can result in unnecessary engineer visits, increased operational costs and avoidable downtime.

Robust IQ

According to Everything Voice, RobustIQ has been developed to address these challenges by bringing together managed hardware, intelligent management, valuable operational insights, resilient connectivity and 24/7 technical support within one operational connectivity platform.

Rather than simply giving customers access to more technical data, the RobustIQ approach is designed to provide greater visibility and turn connectivity information into more meaningful operational insight, helping teams better understand the health of their connected estate and make more informed decisions.

The first products within the RobustIQ managed hardware portfolio provide solutions for a range of operational requirements, from standard installations through to business and mission-critical environments.

Depending on the solution selected, capabilities include multi-network eSIM technology, VPN connectivity, ARC monitoring, smart roaming and automatic failover, allowing businesses to match the level of connectivity and resilience to the requirements of each deployment.

The company highlighted that the launch forms part of Everything Voice’s wider strategy to move beyond traditional telecommunications services and establish itself as a specialist provider of operationally superior connectivity for the security industry.

Rather than focusing solely on hardware specifications or connectivity costs, RobustIQ is positioned around operational outcomes, helping customers improve resilience, increase visibility, reduce unnecessary engineer intervention, simplify deployment and manage connectivity more effectively as their estates grow.

Features

According to the company, the RobustIQ platform includes:

  • A range of managed gateways to suit different deployment and resilience requirements
  • Intelligent remote management capabilities for monitoring, configuration, diagnostics and device recovery
  • Greater visibility and valuable operational insight across connected estates
  • Fully managed 24/7 UK technical support, with options including Hardware as a Service, pre-configuration and next business day replacement
  • Flexible single and multi-network data options with intelligent connectivity management

“Greater control and understanding”

Neil Hutchinson, Managing Director of Everything Voice said: “As the security industry has evolved, the operational demands of managing connectivity have become far more complex.

“Businesses aren’t simply buying routers anymore, they’re looking for a reliable way to deploy, manage and support hundreds or even thousands of connected devices efficiently.”

He continued: “But visibility is also becoming increasingly important. Providing customers with more data isn’t enough if they then have to interpret multiple technical readings themselves.

“Our direction with RobustIQ is to help turn that into valuable operational insight, alongside the management, resilience and support customers needs”

“Robust IQ brings those elements together into one intelligent platform, helping installers reduce operational complexity and gain greater control and understanding across their connected estates,” Hutchinson concluded.
