Evanssion has announced its partnership with HackerOne to increase the adoption of Pentest and vulnerability disclosure programs across Middle Eastern enterprises.

The partnership will allow organisations to leverage HackerOne’s community of ethical hackers to discover and address vulnerabilities to get ahead of cyber-criminals.

Secure List’s Report

As the Middle East experiences a rapid digital transformation, organisations are becoming prime targets for ransomware attacks and sensitive data breaches.

In a recent report by Secure List, it was highlighted that there has been a surge in cyber-attacks across the Middle East.

In 2023 alone, there was a 17% increase, especially targeting critical sectors like finance, energy and government.

The HackerOne partnership

The company claim it is 35% more cost-effective compared to other traditional vulnerability management methods.

HackerOne claim that it has 61% of customers identified more vulnerabilities when compared with traditional vendors.

22.75% of valid vulnerabilities surfaced in a bug bounty are high or critical, compared to less than 1% found by automated scanners and 18% of its Pentest findings rated as high or critical severity
