Dubai Police transforms investigative processes with SAS analytics & AI solutions

Dubai Police & SAS, the provider of Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence solutions, have entered a technological collaboration, where SAS solutions will equip the force with data analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities for advanced predictive policing and enhanced manpower utilisation. With data flowing in from various sources, the police department will be able to quickly identify patterns, predict and prevent incidents and accurately direct insights and intelligence.
Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al Razouqi, General Director of Artificial Intelligence, Dubai Police, Colonel Adnan Ali Mohammad, Deputy Director of Artificial Intelligence for Intelligent Operations, Dubai Police, Colonel Mansour Nasser Al Razouki, Director of Investment and Technical Resources Department, Dubai Police, held discussions with a delegation from SAS headed by Alaa Yousef, Managing Director – Middle East, SAS, at GITEX Technology Week 2019 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
Speaking about the partnership, Brigadier Al Razouqi stressed Dubai Police’s full commitment to their partnership with SAS saying: “In accordance with the innovative vision of Dubai, Dubai Police is fully committed to transforming into one of the most advanced police forces in the world and at the same time ensuring that the Emirate continues to grow in its ranking as one of the safest cities on earth. By adopting advanced technology solutions, our vision is to help our personnel perform better and have advanced tools at their disposal to do so. We believe that a capable and equipped police force is a critical component of the Smart City of the future and essential for the Happiness of citizens and residents.”
