DigiCert completes acquisition of Vercara

Digicert has announced it has completed its acquisition of Vercara.

The acquisition was to expand DigiCert’s capabilities to protect organisations of all sizes from the growing number of cyber-attacks that they continuously experience.

The acquisition of Vercara complements DigiCert’s core PKI and certificate management infrastructure that protects and authenticates people, websites, content, software and devices.
