Dahua offers five-year warranty for project-based products

Dahua Technology, a world-leading video-centric smart IoT solution and service provider, is extending its current warranty to five years. Selected project-based Dahua products shipped on 1 January 2022 onwards are now covered by the upgraded five-year warranty, free of charge.
“Dahua Technology has always placed utmost importance on product quality and customer service. We constantly do our best to ensure that our products have reliable quality, strong performance and innovative functions,“ said Mr. Bob Chen, the Vice President of Dahua Overseas Business Center. “In order to optimise the cost for customers and further enhance the usage value of our products, we are extending the warranty of some product lines to five years, free of charge.”
