Convergint announces appointment of new CEO

Convergint has named Ann Fandozzi as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Ken Lochiatto, the outgoing CEO, will transition to an advisory role on the Board of Managers.
Lochiatto’s tenure saw significant growth for the company, expanding its global presence to over 10,000 colleagues across 220 locations and completing 55 acquisitions.
Significant growth for Convergint
Fandozzi, with extensive experience in executive roles at RB Global, Abra Auto Body & Glass and vRide, will lead the company‘s next phase of growth and innovation in electronic security, cybersecurity, fire and life safety, building automation and audio-visual systems markets.
Lochiatto commented: “Ann’s experience in leading company culture, combined with her passion for innovation and commitment to customer success, are a natural fit for Convergint.
