Codelocks has announced that it has achieved a CE marking for its mortice locks and tubular latches.
CE markings indicate that a product has been rigorously tested to meet stringent safety, health and environmental standards.
CE certifications
To gain its CE certification, Codelocks conducted fire testing in accordance with BS EN 16341 and also underwent a factory production control (FPC) audit by UL Solutions.
Codelocks received its certification on 30 July 2024 with all of its locks and latches having a CE mark on them for all the relevant Codelocks assemblies.
The CE achievement provides specifiers, installers and end-users with comprehensive quality assurance, fire safety and legal compliance across a broad selection of access control products.
The company create a range of access control solutions and fire door assemblies with CE-certified locks and latches.
