New Chief Product Officer joins ICT

ICT has named Sarah Thompson as its Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Thompson brings a wealth of experience and expertise and will focus on leading the maturation of ICT’s customer-focused product management capability.

Thompson has a background in strategy development, business transformation and executive leadership.
Prior to ICT, she was Chief Product Officer at EROAD, a global regulatory fleet telematics company.
At EROAD, Thompson played a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth target, expanding connections and driving innovation across markets.
As well as demonstrating strategic influencing and relationship-building skills throughout her career, Thompson has successfully reported to board level and has experience in governance.
