International Security Journal (ISJ) is proud to announce that H.E. Khalifa Ibrahim Al Saleis, CEO of Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) will be the Keynote speaker at the ISJ Leaders in Security conference, held in association with MOBOTIX AG.
