Brivo revealed that it has joined the Secure Building Council (SBC) and the appointment of President, Steve Van Till to the SBC Advisory Board.

SBC is a nonprofit dedicated to creating more secure, resilient, and intelligent built environments.
Its SHIELD Certification program is the first AI-powered building security certification.
Encompassing security design, technology implementation, operations, compliance and liability, the certification delivers essential guidance for owners and architects to protect people and assets, Brivo added.

Van Till commented: “The Secure Building Council aims to do for physical security what LEED did for sustainability.
