Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks merge

Dean Drako – Chairman of Brivo and Founder of Eagle Eye Networks – has announced that the two brands will merge to create what is said to be the world’s largest AI cloud-native physical security company.

The merged company will operate under the Brivo name and deliver a unified cloud-native security platform.

“Customers will have one support team, one business relationship and one integrated cloud-native physical security solution,” said Drako.

“The Brivo Security Suite brings AI, access control, video intelligence, visitor management and intrusion into a single solution, centralising security across the enterprise.”

“Aligning operations”

“The merger cements our leadership position in the market, provides a better solution for our customers, and helps resellers grow their businesses more efficiently,” added Steve Van Till, Founder, Brivo.

“We have shared the same vision and ownership for a decade, so the merger is about aligning operations so we can move faster and provide better service to our customers.”

The merged company will maintain its commitment to an open platform and will continue to support other video and access control solutions.

Going forward, Drako will serve as CEO of Brivo and Van Till will serve as President.

The merged company has US headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland and Austin, Texas, and additional offices in Lehi, Utah, Amsterdam, Bangalore and Tokyo.
