BCD appoints Dan Gewargis as Chief Technology Officer

BCD has announced the appointment of Dan Gewargis as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
The company highlights that Gewargis brings over 20 years of experience in emergency voice communication, incident response and security technology to this role.

Throughout his career, Gewargis has worked closely with first responders, developing mission-critical communication and software systems that improve operational safety and efficiency.
His customer-centric approach to technology strategy and deep understanding of real-world workflows has driven innovation and safer outcomes across the industry.
Most recently, Gewargis served at Motorola Solutions, where he led the integration of VideoXpert, IndigoVision and Avigilon software into a 300-person, multinational team spanning eight global sites.
Under his leadership, these teams navigated multiple transformation initiatives, culminating in the release of Avigilon Unity, a video management platform.
BCD states that his appointment underscores BCD’s commitment to driving innovation, scalability and customer success across all of our solutions.
