Avon Protection has unveiled its latest EXOSKIN-S1 CBRN protective suit, a significant addition to its comprehensive line of CBRN protective gear.
This launch signifies a major milestone in Avon Protection’s commitment to providing advanced protective capabilities for individuals operating in CBRN threat environments globally.
Avon Protection’s EXOSKIN-S1
Engineered to meet the rigorous NATO AEP-38 standard, the EXOSKIN-S1 offers unparalleled defence against vapours, liquids and particulate Chemical Warfare Agents (CWA), Toxic Industrial Chemicals (TIC) and biological threats, ensuring continuous protection for up to 24 hours.
The new protective gear seamlessly integrates with the company’s range of EXOSKIN CBRN protective wear and respiratory systems, prioritising the safety, comfort and agility of field operators.
The EXOSKIN-S1 suit underwent rigorous MIST testing to achieve the AEP-38 standard as part of Avon Protection’s integrated outer protection ensemble, which includes the EXOSKIN boots and gloves.
This achievement marks a significant advancement, as users can now procure a complete CBRN protective system from a single supplier, along with the company‘s renowned range of CBRN respirators and accessories.
“Keep personnel safe”

“In doing so, we are approaching the CBRN protection market in a novel way: users can acquire their life protecting ensemble equipment from a single supplier who is accountable for the entire CBRN equipment ecosystem, all while benefiting from the superior safety and assurance of the Avon Protection brand they know and trust.”
