AURA has announced the appointment of Taryn Winer as Global Head of People to power the international expansion.

AURA stated that Winer joins the executive leadership team at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth, following its €13.5 million Series B funding round last year and accelerating international expansion, particularly across the United States.
As Global Head of People, Winer will lead AURA’s global talent and culture strategy with a mandate to elevate performance, strengthen organisational standards and support the company’s rapid scaling across multiple markets.
Winer brings extensive experience leading people strategy in high-growth, international environments, the company added.
