ASSA ABLOY acquires Door System in Denmark

ASSA ABLOY has signed an agreement to acquire Door System, a Danish manufacturer of fire rated doors with expertise in the pharmaceutical, food and retail industries.

Door System

Door System was founded in 1998 and has 80 employees with the main office and factory located in Hørning, Denmark.  

The company highlights that the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2025.
