ASELSAN has introduced smart solutions for enhancing air dominance at IDEF 2025 in İstanbul.
The company says that it has elevated its leadership in smart solutions for air superiority with these latest launches.
IDEF 2025 – Istanbul
ASELSAN, a Turkish defense company continues to showcase its growing portfolio of smart air solutions at IDEF 2025 with solutions designed to empower both manned and unmanned platforms.
During the exhibition, the company highlights that it has introduced its new solutions that are set to deliver greater situational awareness, secure network-centric operations and precision strike capability across complex and contested air environments.
ASELFLIR 600
For airborne surveillance and precision targeting, ASELSAN has launched ASELFLIR 600, its most advanced electro-optical system to date, the company says.
Designed for HALE-class UAVs, it builds on the legacy of ASELFLIR 500 with a larger 25-inch gimbal, expanded aperture and multispectral optics.
The electro-optical system features:
- AI-powered object recognition
- HD multi-band sensors
- Extended range laser suite
ASELSAN explains that ASELFLIR 600 delivers superior detection, recognition and identification (DRI) performance in challenging conditions.
T-LINK National Tactical Data Link
T-LINK National Tactical Data Link family (T-LINK A, C, M, G) introduced at IDEF 2025 provides a secure and robust backbone for joint air operations.
Designed for full interoperability across airborne, ground, naval and missile platforms, T-LINK product family enables encrypted, electronic warfare-resistant transmission of tactical data and voice communications across mobile and fixed nodes.
Through its network integration, ASELSAN says that it ensures real-time situational awareness and synchronised operations under the most contested conditions, elevating both mission efficiency and force coordination.
“Synchronised connectivity and superior sensing”
Ahmet Akyol, President & CEO, ASELSAN stated: “With the introduction of systems from our T-LINK family and ASELFLIR 600, we are redefining smart airpower with fully indigenous, future-ready solutions.
“These systems demonstrate ASELSAN’s ability to deliver synchronised connectivity and superior sensing, which are two decisive factors in modern air superiority.
“As we move toward our 2030 vision of becoming one of the world’s top 30 defense companies, we remain committed to pioneering technologies that give our forces and allies the competitive edge in the skies,” Akyol concluded.
