AMETEK SurgeX appoints Kern & Stelly as DACH distributor

AMETEK SurgeX has announced the appointment of Kern & Stelly as the exclusive distributor of its products in the DACH region.

The company states that the deal will see a broad portfolio of SurgeX products available in the region, including:

• The Defender Series+ line, which offers mains protection and conditioning paired with the cloud-connected power quality analytics, fleet management and risk prevention capabilities found within the SurgeX CONNECT platform

Compatibility

The company notes that all SurgeX Protect + Connect products are compatible with the free SurgeX CONNECT platform comprising powerful cloud-based software and firmware, enabling integrators to easily manage an entire estate of compatible SurgeX devices across multiple sites, diagnose power quality issues and monitor installations from a centralised hub. 

This includes SQUID, Defender Series+ and Vertical Series+, as well as more products to be announced soon.
