Allied Universal has released details of recent merger and acquisition (M&A) activities completed so far in 2025.
To date, the company has completed five transactions with aggregate annual revenues totaling approximately $490 million.
Acquisitions
Allied Universal stated that the acquired companies represent various security service offerings in both international and domestic markets and include the following:
Pinnacle Systems
- Service Line – Guarding
- Geography – United States
- Close Date – January 2025
Diversified Maintenance Systems (LLC)
- Service Line – Facilities/Management
- Geography – United States
- Close Date – March 2025
Celar Security/Soltes Technology
- Service Line – Guarding/Technology
- Geography – Colombia
- Close Date – April 2025
CI Security Specialists (CISS)
- Service Line – Events
- Geography – United States
- Close Date – April 2025
CDA
- Service Line – Guarding/Government
- Geography – United States
- Close Date – May 2025
