Aiphone will showcase expanded AiphoneCloud Remote Management capabilities and introduce AC Nio 3.3 at ISC West 2026.
According to the company, the updates enhance remote system configuration for commercial and property management applications, while AC Nio 3.3 introduces quality-of-life improvements and expanded access control functionality.
Attendees visiting Booth #18109 can experience live demonstrations of AiphoneCloud Remote Management and the full portfolio of intercom and access control solutions tailored to the needs of each vertical market.
Remote management for commercial projects
The latest AiphoneCloud updates give security professionals a broader and more powerful remote configuration of the IX | IXG Series IP Video Intercoms including SIP integration, IP camera and video management system.
Aiphone said that technicians can now program the most popular features of the IP video intercom series, such as speed dial buttons, call destinations and transfer routing and all from a redesigned interface that makes commercial and multi-tenant deployments faster and more efficient.
“A direct reflection of that commitment”
Sean Peterson, Director of Product and Marketing at Aiphone commented: “We listen closely to what our dealers and customers need, and that feedback is behind every improvement we make.
“What we are bringing to ISC West this year is a direct reflection of that commitment to making our platforms work better for the people who rely on them every day.”
Property management through AiphoneCloud
Building on its Remote Management capabilities, AiphoneCloud now enables security professionals to invite property managers directly into the platform and delegate day-to-day site responsibilities.
Property managers can be assigned basic access to handle tenant information and mobile app enrolment or advanced access for broader intercom programming and device management.
This gives property managers the independence to handle routine operations while keeping integrators in control of the system, added Aiphone.
AC Nio 3.3 update
AC Nio version 3.3 brings a broad set of updates that help integrators and their customers operate more efficiently and securely.
These updates include automated access control workflows for smarter visitor management, automated scheduled reports, Microsoft Entra ID integration and expanded credential support for system takeovers.
Together, they offer stronger identity and access management and the ability to maximize existing investments.
Aiphone highlighted that the latest update strengthens AC Nio as a modern, intuitive access control solution that improves day-to-day operations and safety.
AC Nio licensing is now fully managed within AiphoneCloud, eliminating the need for a separate portal.
